On television, she appeared in Lonesome Dove (1989), ER (1996 – 1997), Monk (2003 – 2006), The Night Of (2016), and Future Man (2017). Headly was married to Byron McCulloch from 1993 until her death; they had one child. She was previously married to actor John Malkovich from 1982 to 1988.
